Two generations, the same three cities, thirty years of structure work.

DS Builders was started in 1995 by Devinder Singh Bamrah as a labour-rate contracting business in Mohali. It grew into full material contracts, where we supply the steel, cement, brick and everything else, priced per square foot and written into an agreement before work begins.

Site work is still run personally by our founder. He is on site through every pour. Thirty years in, he has not handed that part to anyone.

The business side — agreements, estimates, billing and client updates — is handled by the second generation. Nothing gets lost between a verbal promise on site and what is actually written down.

That split is the point. You get a contractor who has done this for thirty years, and paperwork that holds up.
