Excavation, PCC, footings and plinth beam. Levels set to the structural drawing before anything goes up.

Columns, beams and slabs. Steel tied, shuttering set, concrete poured and cured to the agreed grade.

Walls raised as per the approved plan, with door and window openings framed to drawing.

Internal and external plaster, cured and finished. Handed over ready for flooring, paint and interiors.
