Written scope before work starts
The agreement fixes what is included and what is not, before a single brick is laid. No revised quotes halfway through.

We supply the material
Steel, cement, brick and aggregate are ours to source and ours to answer for. You are not running to the market every week.

Grade is not negotiable
If the structural design calls for M25, that is what gets poured. It is the one line item we do not let anyone trim.

Priced per square foot
One rate, agreed upfront, covering material and labour. You know the cost of the structure before we start.

The founder is on site
Thirty years in, he is still there through every pour. Not a supervisor, not a phone call.
